If your insurance is not accepted at this time, I am happy to provide a receipt so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network providers.
*Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale - whenever possible and needed, I do provide services on a sliding fee scale, which means your fee can be reduced based on financial need.
